I don’t know about You but I felt like slapping the next broadcaster or politician who spoke about “how the real estate market brought down our economy” or “How do we have to get real estate back and goes to help the economy”. These people do not understand! The real estate market is probably where it will remain for some time and where appropriate. Welcome to the new standard for real estate. And I don’t believe it’s a bad thing. For those of you who has survived, survivor. Media now need to get off our backs. Realtors have done their work. They have adapted, re-trained and innovated in the collapse of the market and survive. Congratulations to all of you.
