CAMDEN, Maine (NEWS Center)–thousands of Mainers are waiting to sell their house or buy a new one …. hope the economy or the real estate market will get better. But some Veterans say the real estate business has been better this year, and they hope the trend continues.

Maine Association of Realtors reports home sales October State up about 4.2% of 2010.

Maine Association of Realtors report October average house prices-half sales below, half of them are over–it was $ 165,000. That’s down slightly from the previous year, but the President of the Association said it was a good sign, because it probably means that the price might be bottoming.
